Confidentiality and Intellectual Property

Confidentiality: The Employee agrees not to disclose any confidential information, including project details, client information, and codes, to any third party under any circumstances. Conflict of Interest: The Employee cannot engage in work on a similar project or with a company that constitutes a conflict of interest with the business activities of Oneqid Technologies Private Limited. Use of Company Resources: The Employee agrees not to use company resources for personal use, and all resources shall be utilized solely for business-related purposes.
